Description
The Program Manager will oversee Individual Support Plans and Individual Family Service Plans, provide home- and community-based services to four participants, support parents and children, develop programming, manage data and reporting, coordinate with service providers and funding sources, and supervise staff and volunteers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field, at least three years of related experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience, along with knowledge of funding, compliance, documentation, community resources, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
