Description
The STI Assistant Program Coordinator provides day-to-day supervision and program management for assigned STI program staff and activities, while also delivering direct HIV/HCV/STD counseling and testing services. The role includes program planning, budgeting, performance appraisals, documentation, reporting, staff orientation, community partnerships, surveillance, appointment scheduling, and case navigation. It requires a master’s degree in a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with seven years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and requires the employee to live in Illinois or Wisconsin.
