Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects by preparing estimations, valuations, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change orders, cost-benefit analyses, and progress reports; developing measurement criteria with vendors; and participating in value-engineering and project meetings. The role requires a degree-qualified or equivalent background in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture, at least three years of similar experience, commercial and technical analysis skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and fluency in English. RICS membership, construction software, advanced Excel, and AutoCAD experience are desirable.
