Description
The Assistant Culinary Manager will support the Culinary Manager with daily kitchen operations, menu planning and execution, staff supervision, food quality and sanitation, inventory, supplies, food costs, and culinary initiatives. The role requires at least two years of culinary or kitchen management experience, daytime and weekend availability, and knowledge of kitchen equipment, recipes, food safety, and inventory management.
