The Assistant Dean for Graduate Studies leads the strategic growth, administration, and continuous improvement of graduate education within the Herff College of Engineering. The role oversees graduate program development, student recruitment and success, curriculum and catalog administration, academic policy and governance, graduate assistantship and fellowship budgets, professional development, research training, and data-driven assessment. It requires a master’s degree in a relevant area and three years of appropriate experience, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
