Description
The Assistant Dean supports the Dean in managing a Workforce Development nursing program, including faculty and staff oversight, curriculum and compliance, budgeting, student records, admissions, clinical site operations, clinical evaluations, faculty teaching, and student advising. The role requires a California or applicable state registered nursing license, a master’s or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration, at least one year of pre- or post-licensure nursing teaching experience, and one year of direct patient-care experience or equivalent.
