Description
The Assistant Dean supervises and develops the nursing program at a college site, coordinating clinical-site relationships, curriculum, faculty, student intake, compliance, staffing, records, quality assurance, faculty recruitment, and student advising. The role requires a current RN license, a master’s or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration, and at least two years of administrative, nursing-teaching, direct-patient-care, and program-supervision experience.
