Merrimack College is hiring an Assistant Dean of Engineering to lead student recruitment, engagement, and retention across the School of Engineering and Computational Sciences and to direct the Innovation through Engineering and Computing Scholars Program. The role includes developing outreach partnerships, organizing pre-college programs, coordinating advising and professional development, collaborating with student success and academic units, and teaching one engineering course per semester. Candidates need a master’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of higher education, STEM education, or student success experience, and demonstrated success in recruitment, engagement, or retention initiatives. The position is on campus in North Andover, Massachusetts, and requires a criminal background check.
