Temple University is hiring an Assistant Dean, Finance to serve as the school’s Chief Financial Officer and lead business affairs, grants, procurement, post-award administration, human resources, and physical facilities. The role oversees budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, endowment funds, capital expenditures, payroll, purchasing, and grant management, while supervising one finance direct report and advising the Dean and senior staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years of recent accounting experience, including financial reporting, along with supervisory, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
