SMU Meadows School of the Arts is hiring an on-campus, in-person Senior Director of Recruitment and Admissions to lead undergraduate and graduate recruitment and admissions strategy, enrollment outcomes, admissions processes, faculty partnerships, data-informed decision-making, team leadership, outreach, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a master's degree, at least six years of progressively responsible higher-education admissions, recruitment, or enrollment management experience, and at least four years of leadership experience. It includes occasional evening or weekend hours and frequent travel for recruitment and conferences.
