Description
The Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies reports to the Dean and provides operational leadership and support for the school, its personnel, students, programs, and services. The full-time role is based in Okmulgee, follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends, and offers a $75,000–$90,000 hiring range. Candidates should have credentials qualifying them for faculty work in one of the school’s programs, at least three years of progressive collaborative management and leadership experience, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and strong communication, organizational, data-analysis, budgeting, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
