Description
The Assistant Deli Manager supports the Food Service Manager and leads day-to-day deli operations when the manager is absent. The role covers customer service, cash handling, food preparation and service, inventory, safety and health-code compliance, vendor coordination, and enforcement of company policies. Candidates must be at least 18, able to operate food-service equipment, pass the Food Service Protection Manager course, work 40 hours per week including weekends, nights, and holidays, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The salary is $11–$15 per hour.
