NCCER is hiring an Assistant Design Manager to support its Product Development team by producing educational materials for construction training. The role combines hands-on design guidance, design operations management, supervision and development of line reports, cross-functional collaboration, quality control, and XML-based digital publishing workflows. Candidates need a graphic design degree, at least three years of book-publishing design experience, line-management experience, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and experience with print, ePub, DAM, and Oxygen XML publishing workflows.
