The role supports identification, assessment, planning, and delivery of commercial and industrial property opportunities, including market research, planning investigations, due diligence, feasibility modelling, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, approvals, procurement, reporting, and project delivery through construction and handover. The position requires a relevant tertiary qualification, around three to five years of experience in property, construction, development, or professional services, strong analytical and organisational skills, and offers flexible hybrid working and employee benefits.
