Description
The Assistant Dietary Manager supports daily healthcare dining operations by monitoring meal production and service, overseeing kitchen sanitation and food safety, training and supporting staff, maintaining CMS-related records and compliance documentation, preparing reports, and coordinating with the Dining Manager and other departments. The role requires at least two years of healthcare dining, food service, or kitchen operations experience, computer and communication skills, teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended periods, and availability for required shifts, weekends, and holidays.
