Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Assistant Director to support the Program Director in a violence-prevention program. The role oversees hiring, training, motivation, and supervision of staff; communicates weekly performance; performs intakes; coordinates participant staffing; manages participant service hours; and ensures compliance with YAP and referring-authority requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree generally preferred, three to five years of related youth-services or program-development experience, at least one year of management or supervision experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
