Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Assistant Director to support the Program Director with hiring, training, staff motivation, supervision, and weekly performance reporting. The role manages participant staffing and client-service delivery, performs intakes, coordinates compliance with YAP and referring-authority requirements, and provides direct service, coverage, and group work. It requires at least one year of experience managing personnel and budgets, knowledge of child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, and budgeting, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is generally preferred, while community-based agency experience is acceptable in most programs.
