Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Assistant Director to support the Program Director of the Northern Maryland Program. The role oversees hiring, training, staff motivation, supervision, weekly performance reporting, client staffing, service-hour delivery, intake, and compliance with YAP and referring-authority requirements. It requires direct service and coverage, including support for staff and families and group work, along with knowledge of child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, and budgetary concepts. The position requires at least one year of experience managing personnel and budgets, prior office and administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
