Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Assistant Director to support the Program Director with hiring, training, motivation, staff supervision, and weekly performance reporting. The role also handles participant intakes, coordinates staffing, manages participant service hours, and ensures compliance with YAP and referring authority requirements. The position requires youth-services or juvenile-justice experience, management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of mental health practices, juvenile justice systems, and budgetary concepts; bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is also preferred.
