Description
The Admissions Specialist supports YSU’s strategic enrollment plan by developing transfer and former-student pathways, coordinating recruitment and campus events, counseling transfer and returning students, managing CRM-based territory data, improving departmental processes, and leading assigned projects. The role is based in Youngstown, typically Monday through Friday with occasional evening, weekend, and possible overnight travel, and may supervise student employees. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of higher-education or related experience, and a valid driver’s license; a master’s degree and additional admissions experience are preferred.
