Description
The Assistant Center Director supports the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives. The role partners with parents, cultivates relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners, and may serve as a teacher, cook, or driver as needed. Candidates need at least two years of early childhood education experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it, and the ability to meet state guidelines and perform the physical demands of the role.
