Description
The Assistant Director supports the School Director in operating a licensed childcare school safely and effectively, assumes sole responsibility for the school when the Director is absent, and helps promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The role also involves maintaining licensing compliance, fostering a caring environment, recruiting and retaining staff, and contributing to company profitability. Applicants must be at least 21, have prior leadership experience and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
