The Assistant Director is responsible for ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, fostering a safe and caring environment for children and parents, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and supporting the company’s profitability. The role requires applicants to be at least 21 years old, have previous leadership experience and at least one year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
