Assistant Director at Learning Care Group

The Assistant Director supports the School Director in operating a licensed childcare school safely and effectively, assuming sole responsibility when the Director is absent, and helps promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The role includes ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards, fostering a caring environment, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and contributing to the company’s profitability. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have previous leadership experience and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
