Assistant Director at Learning Care Group

The Assistant Director supports the School Director in operating a licensed child care school safely and effectively, assuming sole responsibility when the Director is absent, and helps promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The role includes ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards, fostering a caring environment, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and contributing to the company’s profitability. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have two years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility; an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field and the Georgia 40-hour director course are preferred.
