Project Renewal is hiring an Assistant Director for its Compass House Women’s Shelter, a 90-bed, 24/7 emergency shelter for employable homeless women. The role coordinates shelter operations, supervises Shift Supervisors and Residential Aides, monitors safety and security, oversees incident reporting and emergency preparedness, supports case conferences and claims documentation, and responds to emergencies on a 24/7/365 basis. The position requires a bachelor’s, associate’s, or high school diploma/GED with substantial experience working with homeless individuals and managing residential services, along with leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
