Description
The After-School Program Manager supports the Program Director in a DYCD-funded Cornerstone program serving youth and adults in the JCC of Staten Island. The role oversees after-school program planning, staff supervision, compliance with DYCD and DOH standards, registration and administrative records, marketing, community partnerships, outreach, advisory board and youth council activities, and program development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or two years of youth-serving program experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or managerial position, along with required clearances, training, and physical testing. The position works 30 hours per week, including regular weekend and evening hours, and pays $45,000–$50,000 annually.
