Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Assistant Director to support the Program Director in the Dauphin County (CTC) program. The role oversees hiring, training, motivation, and supervision of staff; coordinates participant staffing and service-hour delivery; manages compliance with YAP and referring-authority requirements; and communicates weekly performance to the Director. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with commensurate experience, three to five years of related youth-services or program-development experience, and at least one year of management or supervision experience. It operates from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., with some weekends and flexible evening or weekend hours, and offers medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
