WSU Tech is hiring an Assistant Director, College Access (with exceptional candidates considered for Director at hire) to drive enrollment growth, lead and coach a recruitment team, and build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and college access programs. The role focuses on strategic recruitment for first-time freshmen, transfer, dual credit, and adult learners, using Slate CRM to manage outreach and student records, while collaborating with marketing and campus partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree, three years of relevant higher education admissions or enrollment experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
