The role combines technical leadership with engineering management, including setting delivery and architecture direction, building and coaching engineering teams, improving software quality and developer experience, managing technical debt and reliability, and partnering with Product, UX, and delivery stakeholders to deliver sustainable, user-focused construction technology solutions.
