The Assistant Director, Financial Operations (Budget & Planning) supports the Director of Financial Operations in overseeing financial planning, budget management, reporting, and Hyperion system submissions for MTA Construction & Development. The role manages consolidated operating budgets across approximately 170 responsibility centers, prepares annual and mid-year financial plans, supports forecast modeling and variance analysis, reviews invoices for compliance, and contributes to financial controls, audits, and process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, offers a salary range of $117,122 to $146,403, and is eligible for one day of telework per week.
