Counseling4Kids is hiring a contracted Assistant Director of Clinical Programs for a six-month term to support the Director of Clinical Programs in overseeing the agency’s clinical department. The role provides clinical and administrative leadership, supervises and coaches staff, monitors service delivery and KPIs, supports compliance with DMH and other requirements, coordinates staffing and workflows, and helps implement program improvements. The position requires California clinical licensure, at least two years of relevant experience, four years supervising AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs, or practicum students, and five days per week.
