Description
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services will partner with the Director of Clinical Services to lead and supervise a team of mental health clinicians and peer support specialists at the Catholic Charities Behavioral Health Clinic in Boston. The role oversees clinic operations, hiring, training, scheduling, clinical quality, supervision, performance management, reporting, budgets, contracts, community partnerships, and on-call responsibilities, while working with the Department of Children and Families and other funding agencies. The position requires independent licensure, 3–5 years of relevant program experience, at least three years supervising in a human service environment, and experience with substance addiction, home-based counseling, case management, and culturally diverse populations.
