Access Services is hiring an Assistant Director of Crisis Intervention for its Montgomery County Mobile Crisis team based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The role supports program management and daily operations, hires and trains crisis workers, provides weekly individual and group supervision, ensures regulatory and program compliance, provides telephone counseling and mobile crisis support, supervises real-time crisis resolution, participates in off-site crisis management rotation, and promotes community partnerships. It requires a related bachelor’s degree, at least two years of direct crisis experience or five years of mental health services experience, two years of increasing supervisory responsibility, and a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving history.
