Description
Project Renewal is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to share geographic responsibility for its building portfolio and support Building Managers and Program Directors across residential buildings and shelters. The role oversees regulatory compliance, work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, purchasing, budgets, construction and renovation projects, disaster preparedness, emergency response, and supervision of Facilities staff. Candidates need at least three years of supervisory and hands-on maintenance or construction experience, strong organizational, communication, project management, computer, and supervisory skills, plus specified New York City fire, boiler, OSHA, and driver credentials.
