Description
The Assistant Director of Facilities supports the Corporate Facilities Director in managing building operations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, space planning, capital projects, fleet operations, vendor oversight, budgeting, and community and agency relationships across Urban Pathways’ portfolio. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent training, at least three years of maintenance or construction experience, strong facility-management and budgeting skills, a valid driver’s license, and availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
