SMU is hiring an on-campus, in-person Assistant Director of Financial Aid for graduate and professional programs. Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, the role manages graduate financial aid eligibility, aid offers, compliance, advising, data quality, budgeting, and process improvement for approximately 5,000 students. It also supervises two full-time advisors and collaborates with academic departments, Enrollment Services, and other campus stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience, and experience in university financial aid services; a master’s degree is preferred.
