Majestic Care of Fairfield is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN to help manage the nursing department, support the Director of Nursing Services, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with care planning, quality improvement, chart audits, infection control, staff scheduling, and communication with families and residents. The role requires an active RN license, at least three years of nursing experience, one year of supervisory experience, and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
