Description
The Assistant Director of Residence Life provides leadership and guidance to the Office of Residence Life at Moon Campus, overseeing housing management, staff development, residential education, and supervision of professional and paraprofessional staff. The role supports the Director in managing the overall residence life experience, including room assignments, duty rotations, safety inspections, student advising, community partnerships, crisis response, and departmental reporting. It is a full-time, 12-month position requiring a master’s degree in Higher Education or a similar field, at least three years of postgraduate residence life experience, and relevant student development and counseling experience.
