Description
The Assistant Director of the Center for Calling and Career provides vocational coaching and advising to students, alumni, prospective students, and employers; leads calling and career programs, workshops, events, marketing, employer recruitment, and data activities; and supervises student workers and volunteers. The role reports to the Assistant Dean of Calling and Career & Strategic Initiatives, may serve as the team’s point person in the Assistant Dean’s absence, and contributes to the broader Student Development department. Candidates need 3–5 years of industry-related experience, a master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or an equivalent field, and an active Protestant evangelical Christian church membership.
