EXP is hiring an Assistant Director, Soils, Materials and Environment in Trois-Rivières to support the management of the office team and contribute to client relationships, service proposals, strategic decisions, project delivery, and project profitability. The role includes mobilizing and supervising multidisciplinary professionals, managing resources, controlling deliverable quality, and collaborating with internal disciplines. It is part of a succession plan with a planned transition to Senior Director within approximately two years. The position requires a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of project management experience, membership in the relevant Quebec professional order, and proficiency in French.
