Southeast Missouri State University is hiring a full-time Assistant Director - Study Abroad to lead and manage the university’s study abroad programs. The role oversees student advising, marketing, outreach, event logistics, the Via TRM management system, compliance and insurance documentation, risk management, co-curricular development, faculty-led programs, exchange agreements, and the university’s DSO and ARO responsibilities. Candidates need a master’s degree, at least three years of higher-education experience, study-abroad experience, U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident qualification for SEVIS, strong technical and intercultural communication skills, and the ability to travel and work occasional nights and weekends.
