Baylor University is hiring a full-time, 12-month Assistant Director for the Piper Center, a child development center within the Department of Human Sciences and Design. The role supports daily center operations, policies and procedures, staff supervision, classroom and curriculum leadership, employee recruitment and training, facility and supply oversight, emergency response, and coordination of Child and Family Study student laboratory experiences. A bachelor's degree and three years of experience are required; a master's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. The position is authorized for on-site or remote work as assigned by the supervisor, requires a criminal background check and TB test, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
