Description
The Associate Discipleship Director will cultivate disciple-making at Chapel Pointe through adult discipleship ministries across multiple campuses, with primary responsibility for the Hudsonville campus. The role leads marriage and parenting ministry, oversees membership and baptism processes, plans and trains adult discipleship teachers, serves as a primary teacher and content writer, and develops leaders through the Multiply step of the Discipleship Pathway. Candidates need experience in adult discipleship, group leadership, or relevant ministry work, along with strong communication and teaching skills and experience leading paid and volunteer teams in a multi-campus environment.
