Description
This donor-center operations leadership role oversees the center in the Director of Center Operations’ absence, including regulatory compliance, personnel management, inventory control, reporting, donor recruitment, vendor oversight, staff development, and operational efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of relevant experience including one year of supervision, or an associate degree in science or business management. Candidates also need strong communication, problem-solving, computer, analytical, organizational, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills, along with the physical ability to perform donor plasmapheresis procedures and lift up to 50 pounds.
