Description
The Assistant Driller supports planning and execution of offshore drilling operations for main and auxiliary well centers. The role supervises and organizes drill crews, assists the Driller, operates pipe-handling equipment, monitors drilling, hoisting, mud-circulating and solid-control equipment, maintains operational records and inventories, and ensures compliance with well programs, company procedures, safety standards, training requirements, and contractual obligations. Three years of offshore experience, leadership and organization skills, required training and certifications, and knowledge of drilling-unit technical calculations are required.
