Description
Mortenson is hiring an Assistant Electrical Superintendent for its Power Delivery Services Group to coordinate and supervise electricians and crews on solar project sites. The role partners with the Electrical Superintendent on materials, equipment sizing, schedules, and site utilization; leads subcontractors and suppliers; monitors quality, safety, budget, and project progress; and performs on-site Project Manager duties on small-scope projects. Candidates need a relevant engineering or construction-management degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of construction or supervision experience with medium- and high-voltage projects, experience with self-perform projects, a current driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 100%. The position is onsite, does not offer visa sponsorship, and pays $102,900–$154,400 base annually, with higher ranges in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
