Description
Transwestern is hiring an on-site Assistant Building Engineer in Bellaire, Texas. The role supports the Chief Engineer by completing work orders and preventive and corrective maintenance across commercial building systems and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarms, building automation, roofs, drains, drywall, painting, caulking, and kitchen equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED plus at least two years of building maintenance experience and/or trade school training, with CFC certification or relevant mechanical/HVAC licensing preferred. It also involves emergency response, energy management, customer service, physical work, and possible shifts, overtime, and on-call duties.
