Olsson is hiring an Assistant Engineer for its Rail Structures team to support routine engineering, plan production, design and modeling software, project schedules, technical calculations, research, and limited project work under direct supervision. The role also includes mentoring student interns and traveling to project sites in varying terrain and weather. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, an Engineer Intern certificate, and strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills; MicroStation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu experience are preferred.
