Description
The role performs hands-on setup, conversion, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of semiconductor EOL Trim and From, EAV, and Mold handler equipment. It also supports equipment breakdown investigations, root-cause analysis, preventive countermeasures, senior engineering ramp-up activities, and maintenance surveillance audits. The position requires a minimum diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering, SPM with Maths and English, at least five years of hands-on technical experience in the specified equipment, and strong technical, communication, and English-proficiency skills.
